We offer a 100% Live Arrival Guarantee in all Temperatures When:

  1. Temps Low/Highs are between 55 and 85 on the day of the delivery day OR
  2. You select “hold for pickup” (recommended)

**YOU MUST message us with issues within 1hr if delivered to home or 24hrs if Held for Pickup. If claiming dead animals, you must also attach pictures of them inside the box for replacement or store credit, we do not do returns on animals, dead or alive.

  1. The package is Held For Pick-up when temps are Below 55 and Above 85.

-The package is picked up within 24hrs of Arrival at the post office and messaged within 24hrs of delivery

Fedex is the nation’s premier live animal shipper. All customers choosing overnight get additional coverage.

  1. Order Fedex Overnight and your live animals are covered in any temperature

All overnight packages receive:

  • Free Heat and Cold Packs (As needed)
  • Package Lost in transit covered 100%
  • Package crushed or damaged covered 100%
